“I must be allergic to failure cause every time I come close to it I just sneeze, I just go achoo then achieve!”

-Marshall Mathers, Survival

Our word this week is Achievement and with the recent conclusion of testing in some of our classes, it is appropriate. Achievements are the things that measure our success. Once we’ve accomplished something, it counts towards the successes we have made. The thing about achievement is that it makes us feel good for a moment. It makes us feel like we can do anything. The difficult part is that feeling fades over time and we tend to forget it when the next goal is that much harder.

Your achievements are meant to remind you that you can do it. You can accomplish your goals. You can succeed. Before your first achievement, that was difficult too and I would bet that after you finished it, you may have thought ‘that wasn’t so bad.’ When you are having trouble with the next step, remember, it was difficult before and you still did it. It will take time and effort, but you will get that achievement and you will take the next step towards your success.
