While we do not supply equipment ourselves, we do know where to get the good stuff. Anything you need (except uniforms, see below), the owner of Rising Sun Martial Arts Supply will do their best to get it to you. We have been going there for almost two decades and won’t look any where else to get what we need for our martial arts training.
Uniforms
That being said, part of our uniforms are specifically made by Jonie Uniforms of California. Please follow the link to visit their website. The patches for the uniform top will be provided by us. The uniform parts you need are :
T-Shirt: See Instructor Morris for these.
Shoes: You may buy shoes to wear to class, but they are only to be used for class and must be black in color. (not required)
Pants: Kung Fu Pants in Poly/Cotton Light Weight Fabric (Style 110-E)
Top: Kung Fu Top V-Collar w/Short Sleeve (Style 107-V2)
Note: If you wish to purchase a traditional close collar top (Style 107-B2), that is acceptable as well.
Also note: You must choose the following options for your first uniform: Body= Black, Trim= Gold, Buttons= Interlocking, Size= See the chart on Jonie’s Page or below:
*Note that when you reach Gold Sash as an Adult, you will be required to choose your path, Shaolin Warrior or Scholar Warrior. At that time, you will need to purchase a new uniform top, either Gold with Black Trim for Shaolin Warrior or Red with Black Trim for Scholar Warrior.
