December’s Focus

December is here — and what better time to sharpen your Kung Fu and martial skills than now? At Morris Martial Arts, LLC, we’re all about balance in body, mind, and spirit — and that doesn’t take a holiday off!

This month, we invite all current students and newcomers alike to:
🥋 Stay committed to your training even as the year winds down
🧘‍♂️ Build strength, focus, and resilience through traditional Kung Fu practice
👊 Celebrate your progress and set goals for the new year ahead
💪 Bring a friend or family member to class and share the spirit of community

Whether you’re perfecting your forms, working on self-defense techniques, or practicing consistency and discipline, December is the perfect month to recommit to your martial arts journey.

This is also the month of looking at the past year and seeing what needs changing and what needs adding. We are going to start implementing a more streamlined class structure so that we know what is coming each week. Warmups, stretching, and basic drills will be every week, as well as our QiGong at the end. However, we will change our focus each week on one of these four things: forms, self-defense, sparring and weapons (skills for the kids classes). We will rotate them each week unless there is a special event, such as testing. Please bear in mind that this is a work in progress for us, but we hope it will help your training going forward.

Let’s end the year strong — see you in class! 👊✨
