We have three videos we are working on, two of which will be available to the public. Here is a quick synopsis:

  1. Introductory Video- This will be a little bit about us as a school and a quick demonstration of some of our self defense techniques.
  2. Stretching Video- This video will show our usual warmup and stretch routine. It can be used as your daily exercise or as something to do when you need to help your body feel more awake and ready to take on the day.
  3. Guided Mediation- This one will be at our Patreon site. It will detail how we train our minds to be aware and focused through meditation.
